Administration:

  • Elected as “University Union Councilor of University of Calicut” through public election 2010, Kerala, India.

Sports: Weightlifting, Power lifting, Fitness and body building:

  • First student in the history of IIT-Kanpur who,

    • – is Uttar Pradesh state weightlifting medalist in 2016.

    • – is awarded Diploma in Weightlifting by Uttar Pradesh Weightlifting Association, India.

    • – broke 3 national level weightlifting records in all India inter IIT sports meet, held at IIT Kanpur in 2016.

    • – is Kanpur district gold medalist and Best weightlifter award holder twice.

    • – is first runner up for Mr. Inter IIT Best Physique title in all India inter IIT sports meet, 2014, held at IIT Bombay.

    • – is part of the weightlifting team when IIT Kanpur first time won General champions trophy in weightlifting in Inter IIT Sports meet 2016.

    • – achieved Gold medal and Strongest man award in powerlifting in Spardha sports and games meet held at IIT BHU in 2016, Varanasi.

    • – is gold medalist and best weightlifter award holder in Spardha sports and games meet held at IIT BHU in 2016, Varanasi, & Udghosh 2014 in IIT Kanpur.

  • Best outgoing Sportsperson award in 2017, Games and Sports Council, IIT Kanpur

  • Certificate of Appreciation for outstanding contribution in Weightlifting (2015), IIT Kanpur

  • Holder of athletic certificates for 1 to 3 position in long jump, 4x100 meter relay, 100meter sprint, 200meter and 400meter.

Cultural activities:

  • Won first prizes in various stage programs (Elocution, One act play, Kadhaprasangam-performing art of Kerala which combines speaking, acting, and singing a story), and chart making.
