TS-bPASS

For any New Construction, the first step is to obtain a Building Plan approved by Government i.e., GHMC, HMDA, DTCP or Panchayat based upon the location of the Project. We provide Complete Technical Services in the form of Predcr Drawings, Submission of Plans. We will render designs for all types of Projects i.e. Instant Approval, Instant Registration, Single Window System. We have an expertise team in doing all those projects.

VASTU COMPLIANCE

Vaastu has primarily become an integral part in the construction field. Vaastu will help us in maintaining the building project as well the project owner to go in-cordination by maintaining the scientific ideologies by which the sustainability can be obtained. 2- DIMENSIONAL FLOOR PLANS

We are pro- active in providing our services as a major force in Architectural Designs through its delivering sustainable solutions throughout Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. First, We discuss with the clients regarding their requirements of construction. Then, we prepare actual hand sketches and see whether they are suitable as per vaasthu and local building bye laws. If the Hand Sketch Layout is finalised and gets locked, we Prepare drawings in digital drawing format and complete the final layouts with all necessary amendments. In these drawings we show the 2D Floor plan layout with all fixtures and components shown at requisite places.

CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATE

For any Project, an estimate is mandatory to know the building cost and to proceed further. We at SREE KALPA ASSOCIATES, do the estimates in actual & realistic rates based upon the conditions available in the market. Only 5% to 10% of Rate Fluctuations generally vary to our Estimates. We prepare Industrial, Residential, Commercial High Rise and Non High Rise Buildings Estimates. We also Provide Chartered Engineer Certificates for any Projects to get the Subsidy Schemes to those Projects. In addition to the above, we give RERA Estimations too for TS RERA and AP RERA Certifications.

MEP Drawings - Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Drawings. For any type of ECBC, IGBC or any Sustainable project, MEP drawings are mandatory to know the load calculations and effective solutions in designing the Systems.

We also deal in line to line assessment conditions and assess whether the system is effectively working or not.
