The SREB Student Success Advisory Council is established to identify challenges, shared interests, and recommend changes in policy and practice to support the successful retention, graduation, and workforce entry of underserved and low-income students. By establishing this group, SREB believes it will help states achieve greater rates of postsecondary success, particularly for students from low-income, rural, and underrepresented backgrounds. Additionally, this work will support SREB states in fulfilling critical industry workforce demands and build a stronger economy.
