• Must be a bona fide Grade 10 junior high school student in any public or private school.

• Must have a final grade of:

  • 85% or higher in three (3) major subjects – Science, English and Mathematics

  • 83% for minor subjects,

• Must have no grades lower than 80% in any grading period.

• Must be of good moral character and have never been involved in any school violation.

b. Certified True Copy of Form 138 (Report Card in Grade 9 only)

c. Certified True Copy of Certificate of Winnings in Science and Math Competitions

d. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA)

e. Certificate of Good Moral Character in Grade 10

f. Two (2) identical recent 2 x 2 ID pictures with name of student-applicant

g. Any Proof of Billing

h. Voters' Certification of Parents or Guardian

Submit the application requirements (the duly signed accomplished forms and other related documents in a long brown envelope) to the Registrars' Office or to the Guard-On-Duty.

On the upper left corner back side of the envelope, please properly label it with:

1. The applicant's complete name (SURNAME, FIRST NAME, MIDDLE NAME)

2. Contact number

3. Personal or parents' email address

4. Name of current school

Qualified applicants for enrolment shall be announced only after the scheduled interview to be conducted by a panel composed of Division Supervisors and Faculty members of the school.

The following criteria for admission screening is as follows:

60% - Grade 9 Final Grade in Science, English and Mathematics

30% - Interview

10% - Certificate of Winnings in Science and Mathematics

Total of 100%

The result of qualified applicants will be posted on June 7, 2021 at the schools bulletin board, official website or FB page.
