By Feb 1, 2026, please send an email to springresearchconference@gmail.com with the subject line SRC 2026 Travel Support if you wish to apply for student travel support. All funded students must contribute a talk or poster through the submission link: submission link.
In the email submission, please include a CV or résumé along with a brief note from your advisor confirming your student status and describing your role in the research you plan to present at the meeting.
Please note that the travel award may not cover all expenses, so recipients should expect to supplement the award with additional funding. Awardees will be required to register for the conference first and will receive the travel fund after the meeting.
