Face Data Policy
Certain features in the App allow you to generate AI transformations using photos that you voluntarily upload or capture. Face Data is treated as sensitive personal information.

• Input Data: Photos and selfies are collected directly from your device when you explicitly upload or capture them for a specific AI-powered feature.
• Output Data: AI-generated transformed images created from your uploaded photos.
What Data Is Sent for AI Processing
• When you use a face-based AI feature, the selected photo(s) and related settings are securely transmitted for real-time processing.
• Third-Party Sharing: We share user-uploaded photos with our third-party AI service provider, Fal.ai (Fal AI, Inc.), to generate the requested AI effects. Fal.ai acts as a data processor on our behalf.
How We Use Face Data
Your Face Data is processed exclusively to:
• Generate AI face effects and transformations requested by you.
• Deliver the output image back to your device in real-time.
We DO NOT use Face Data for identity verification, facial recognition, user profiling, or marketing.
Third-Party / AI Model Processing
Some AI-powered features rely on trusted providers such as Fal.ai (Fal AI, Inc.).
Data Protection by Third Parties:
• Fal.ai (Fal AI, Inc.) processes your data in a secure environment.
• User photos are NOT stored by Fal.ai after processing is complete.
• User photos are NOT used for training their AI models or any other purpose beyond fulfilling your explicit request.
• We ensure that Fal.ai adheres to strict data protection and privacy standards equal to our own.
Storage, Security, and Retention
• Encrypted Transmission: We use industry-standard encryption during data transmission.
• Temporary Processing: Uploaded photos are deleted from processing servers immediately after the result is generated, typically within minutes.
• Local Storage: Generated images are saved only on your device unless you choose to share them.
• No Face Data is retained longer than needed to provide the requested feature.
Your Explicit Consent
Before any photo is transmitted for processing, the App provides a clear privacy notice. By using our AI features and proceeding after the in-app privacy notice, you explicitly consent to your photo(s) being sent to Fal.ai (Fal AI, Inc.) for the purposes described above.
You can stop using face features at any time.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
