What is the annual Squid Search? 

Every year, Squid Ink Coffee hosts the Squid Search, a fun and unique community event in Port Clyde, Maine. We hide 100 plush squids in public spaces throughout the village, inviting participants of all ages to explore and see what they can find! Each person may redeem only one squid for a free coffee or baked good of their choice. All squids must be found in public, accessible areas—please respect private property and the community while searching! If you discover a squid, you can turn it in for your treat and keep the plush as a souvenir! 

The Squid Search is a family-friendly opportunity to get outside, enjoy the fresh coastal air, and experience the charm of Port Clyde. Bring your friends and family, join the adventure, and you might just walk away with a prize and a new favorite tradition.
