We are at times affected by the shortage of available workforce on Salt Spring Island, as are many other businesses.

Also, the jobs we have scheduled vary greatly, i.e. some take over a week to complete while others just a few hours.

The weather has a big influence as well, for instance cleaning a steel roof in the rain is not worth the risk and has to be rescheduled.

As you can imagine, the above mentioned makes it hard to predict when we can be of service to you with 100% accuracy.

We do book jobs well in advance and appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
