All requests must be requested no later than 2359 hours on Sunday night prior to the date of request. Achievement leadership and aerospace modules are completed online as well as related tests can be taken online for honor credit. SDA oral presentations are written at home. If you do not know how to take an online module or test, or do not know how to complete an SDA, please click one of the following links:
To make a request, please fill out the form below. For a speech request, please check the speech box and fill out the "Other" section with the topic of your speech. Leadership Feedback Forums will not be administered on the first meeting of the month which is promotions night. Should this night change to a different date on the request of the unit commander, the same rule applies, no leadership feedback forums on the promotion night.
