You must obtain at least one of these letters from a current or former Army Warrant Officer. It is even better if that Warrant Officer is/was a pilot. If you do not know any Warrant Officers, contact 1st Lt Talley, and he will put you in contact with one. deyton.talley@cawgcap.org. at least 3 of the six should be from military members, the warrant included, the other three should be from leaders outside the military community, e.g. church, work, other volunteer oppurtunites.
This is a very unique and special program, to begin the selection process meet with your local army recruiter and tell them specifically you are interested in WOFT. Do not let them sway you and be very assertive that this is the only program you are interested in. This program requires a lot of work on the recruiters behalf so they will be apprehensive unless you are 100% sure this is what you want.
