TFO Henrie Emerson is the Deputy Commander for Cadets, 45th Composite Squadron, March Air Reserve Base, CA. He is tasked with overseeing several areas at the 45th as well as running the cadet program. TFO Emerson is the direct commander for training, discipline, administration, and assignments within the Cadet Program.
TFO Emerson joined Civil Air Patrol as a cadet in May of 2017 at March Field Composite Squadron 45. He completed his basic encampment in July of 2018 and attended Non-Commissioned Officer’s School in September 2018, finishing with the status of Seminar Honor Cadet. He has been a member of the squadron’s color guard team and has competed in California Wing’s Cadet Competition. As a Cadet, TFO Emerson participated in four encampments.
Outside of Civil Air Patrol, TFO Emerson is enrolled in the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) unit at California State University, San Bernardino, and is slated to commission as a Second Lieutenant in the USAF in June 2025.
