Evidence Record Sheet

This document can be used like a journal, planner or notepad for the Pathfinder to record their notes, planning for events or feelings through writing or drawing or when there is no other mediums reasonable to record evidence. 

Activity Resource Sheet

Use this document if you have created an activity that will satisfy the requirement.

It is through your creativity that will enable others who are not as creative to be able to have an additional resource for completing the requirements.
