SequenceLab: Routine Planner is an Android application designed to help users build multi-step routines, organize tasks, model dependencies and waiting periods, compare different sequences, and explore more efficient task orders.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
SequenceLab is designed to operate locally on your device. The app does not require an account, does not use a backend server, and does not require Android runtime permissions for its core functionality.
SequenceLab does not collect personal information through a server, online account, analytics platform, advertising service, or tracking system.
The app does not collect or transmit:
your name
phone number
precise or approximate location
contacts
photos or camera data
microphone data
advertising identifiers
browsing activity
payment information
authentication credentials
routine or task data to a developer-operated server
SequenceLab does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or remote tracking services.
SequenceLab stores information that you create while using the app locally on your device.
This may include:
routine names
routine descriptions
task names
task notes
work durations
passive waiting durations
finishing durations
task priorities
task dependencies
work-zone labels
task order
enabled or disabled task states
saved routines
duplicated routine variants
optimization settings
suggested sequences
comparison results
What-If simulations
analysis history
locally generated optimization insights
app preferences and settings
This information is used only to provide the app's routine-building, optimization, visualization, comparison, simulation, history, and saved-routine features.
The app does not automatically upload this information to a remote server.
SequenceLab processes the information you enter to model routines and calculate possible task sequences.
Depending on the routine, the app may calculate:
total routine duration
active work time
passive waiting time
idle time
task start and completion times
dependency relationships
dependency delays
work-zone changes
waiting-time overlap
original task sequence
suggested task sequence
comparison metrics
modeled time differences
These calculations are performed locally on your device.
SequenceLab does not send your routine data to an external optimization or artificial intelligence service.
SequenceLab may generate suggested task sequences based on information entered by you, including task durations, dependencies, waiting periods, priorities, work zones, and other supported settings.
Suggested sequences are generated locally.
They are planning estimates based on the information provided and should not be interpreted as guarantees of real-world performance or time savings.
SequenceLab may use standard Android local storage technologies such as:
Room local database
Android DataStore
app-specific local storage
Locally stored information may include saved routines, tasks, dependencies, analysis history, comparisons, simulations, and preferences.
This information generally remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app.
SequenceLab may store saved routines and analysis-history records locally.
History may contain information such as:
routine name
analysis date and time
number of tasks
original modeled duration
suggested modeled duration
calculated differences
sequence information
These records are not automatically transmitted to the developer.
SequenceLab may allow you to modify routine variables temporarily to explore alternative scenarios.
These may include changes to:
task duration
waiting duration
priority
dependencies
work zones
enabled or disabled tasks
Simulation calculations are performed locally.
Temporary simulations are not treated as permanent saved routines unless you explicitly save them where that option is available.
SequenceLab does not sell, rent, or share your routine-planning data with third parties through a developer-operated server.
Information may leave the app only when you intentionally use an external function such as:
opening your email application through Contact Us
opening Google Play or a browser through Rate Us
Any external application you choose to use is governed by its own privacy practices.
SequenceLab does not integrate third-party services for:
advertising
analytics
user tracking
cloud databases
authentication
remote optimization
artificial intelligence processing
mapping
location tracking
The app may open external applications at your request for limited functions such as Contact Us or Rate Us.
SequenceLab does not control how those external applications handle information after you leave the app.
SequenceLab is designed so that its core functionality does not require Android runtime permissions.
The app does not require access to:
location
camera
microphone
contacts
phone
SMS
nearby devices
Bluetooth
notifications
broad device storage
Data created in SequenceLab is generally retained locally until you delete it.
Depending on the app's configuration, a limited number of analysis-history records may be retained.
You may remove information through features available within the app, including deleting routines or clearing history where supported.
You may also delete locally stored app information by clearing the app's storage through Android settings or uninstalling the app.
The developer does not maintain a separate server-side copy of your SequenceLab data.
SequenceLab may provide local controls for deleting stored information.
Depending on the feature, you may be able to:
delete individual routines
remove tasks
delete saved scenarios
clear analysis history
remove locally stored app data
Deleting app data is generally permanent unless you have separately preserved the information outside the app.
SequenceLab is designed to minimize unnecessary data exposure by keeping its core routine data on your device.
The app uses standard Android application storage mechanisms and reasonable development practices intended to protect locally stored information.
However, no device, software application, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The security of locally stored data may also depend on your device's operating system, security settings, backups, and access controls.
Depending on your Android device, operating system settings, and backup configuration, app data may be included in device-level backups controlled by Android, your device manufacturer, or services configured by you.
Such backups are outside the direct control of SequenceLab.
SequenceLab is a general productivity and planning utility and is not specifically directed toward children.
The app does not knowingly collect children's personal information through a server, account system, analytics service, or advertising service.
Because SequenceLab does not operate a remote account or data-collection system, the developer does not receive children's routine-planning information through the app.
Parents or guardians should supervise device and application use where appropriate.
SequenceLab may open external applications when you intentionally choose features such as Contact Us or Rate Us.
Once you leave SequenceLab, the privacy practices of the external application or service apply.
The developer is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party applications or services you choose to use.
This Privacy Policy may be updated if SequenceLab's functionality, data handling, permissions, legal requirements, or distribution practices change.
When updates are made, the revised Privacy Policy will include a new Last updated date.
If a future version introduces materially different data practices, permissions, or third-party services, this Privacy Policy should be updated accordingly.
