Obviously this song's title appears to be the combination of two words, "rock" and "sea. Rock is stable whereas the Sea is a vast - treacherous - body of water for the sailor. It’s also important to « See » where rocks are, to avoid sinking of course, therefore « Rocksea" could be metaphorically, symbolizing a challenging or tumultuous situation that anyone might encounter. Difficult circumstances or overcoming obstacles is everyone’s challenge.
