Q: Is there a time limit for each session?
A: Good news – there's no set time limit! You're welcome to enjoy our board games until our shop closes. We may occasionally take short breaks to recharge, but otherwise, you can play to your heart's content!
Q: If I play Lords of Waterdeep (Level 3 Difficulty Base game) once, do I need to pay again for another round?
A: Not at all! Once you've paid for a game, like Lords of Waterdeep, you can play it as many times as you like during your session. However, if you decide to switch to a different game, our normal pricing will apply for the new game.
Q: If our group hasn't finished playing when it's closing time, can we leave our game set up to continue later?
A: Absolutely! We can keep your game set up for you to continue within 24 hours (subject to Spych's availability). You'll just need to pay for another session when you return. If it's been over 24 hours, we'll need to clear the table for other customers.
Q: Can we book a table in advance?
A: Yes, you can! We charge a small administration fee of $1 and require a $5 deposit for advance bookings. The total pre-payment is $6, and we'll refund your $5 deposit after your session.
Q: My group consists of 5 or less people, will the price be lowered?
A: Our pricing is designed to offer great value regardless of group size. While the base price remains the same for groups of 5 or fewer, here's why it's still a fantastic deal:
More games per person: Smaller groups can explore a wider variety of games in the same session.
Intimate gaming experience: Perfect for those who enjoy a cozier atmosphere.
Flexibility: You have the option to invite others to join and share the cost.
We always say, "The more, the merrier!" So we encourage bringing up to 5 people to maximize your gaming experience. However, we ensure that every group, regardless of size, gets the full value of our service and game selection.

Q: What if my group consists of 5 or less people, will the price be lowered?

A: Our $35 / $40 package price is set for groups of up to 5 people. While we maintain this price even for smaller groups, there's a silver lining! Smaller groups get to enjoy more games per person for the same great price. It's a fantastic opportunity to explore a wider variety of games in your session.
Q: What if I want to add just 1 or 2 expansions?
(Package 1 - All you can play - Base and Standalone Games)
A: Absolutely! We're more than happy to accommodate your desire to enhance your gaming experience with expansions. However, please note that normal charges will apply for these additions. For example, a Level 4 difficulty expansion would be an additional $10 per game. This allows you to customize your gaming session while we maintain fair pricing for all our offerings.
Q: If I start playing the discounted game before the week ends but finish after, do I still get the discount?

A: Yes! As long as you start your game during the promotion week, you'll receive the 50% discount, even if your session extends past the promotion period.
Q: Are expansion packs for the featured game also discounted?

A: The 50% discount applies only to the base game featured in the "Deals not to be Missed!" promotion. Expansion packs are charged at regular prices.
Q: Can I suggest a game for future "Deals not to be Missed!" promotions?

A: We love hearing from our community! Feel free to suggest games to our staff. While we can't guarantee when or if a suggested game will be featured, we appreciate your input!
Q: How do I find out which game is currently 50% off?
