Q: How can we order the items?
A: You should fill the goolge form for order, and then we will check availability and contact you for order confirmation.
Q: Do you deliver the rental items?
A: We won't deliver, please arrange pickup/drop yourself.
Q: Is 6ft rectangular table foldable and will this fit in the car?
A: Yes, It's foldable and it will fit any car, Even 4ft round tables also foldable and will fit in the any car.
Q: When should I pickup and drop-off?
A: Pickup/drop-off should be between 9AM - 9PM, However, please inform us an hour before you start for pickup/drop-off.
Q: Can we adjust the pickup and drop-off time?
A: Please talk with SPS team for time adjustment if needed
Q: How can I get the order confirmation after submit the form?
A: SPS Party Rentals team will contact you or else you can contact us for confirmation.
Q: Is this 24 hours rent?
A: Yes, pickup and drop off should be within 24 hours otherwise have to pay 2 days rent.
Q: What will be impact if we drop after 24 hours/drop time?
A: It will impact next customer pickup, so please drop on or before your drop time otherwise you have to pay 2 days rent.
Q: Do I need to inform you before pickup/drop off?
A: Yes, we recommend you to contact us before starting from your place so that we will be available for you.
Q: Do I need to use the table cover?
A: Yes, We recommend to use table cover to keep table clean. If not cleaned, we may charge 10-20$ for cleaning.
Q: Do you provide rectangular/round table cover?
A: Yes, it's 1.5$ each, just and use and throw.
Q: How can we make the payment?
A: Only Cash, No Zelle!
Q: Do you provide decorative items?
A: Yes, We do have some, you can visit at here!
Q: Do I need to remove car seat while coming for pickup?
A: Yes, off course. you have to remove car seat or any other stuff from your car while coming for pickup so that you can
accommodate more chairs/tables or bring two or more cars if more than 25 items or please contact us to get more details.
Q: What if I cancel the few items in last minute?
A: You have to pay full rental amount if you cancel in last 24 hours.
Q: What if damage happen?
A: If any damage happen, you have pay original price of the items.
Q: Can I get any help to load/unload in rental storage location?
A: Yes, We will help you to load/unload if needed for free of cost.
Q: Will you make the event setup if you deliver the items?
A: No delivery, No setup at the event place
Q: How can I know the distance for pick/drop location?
A: We have three branches, so let SPS team knows your home address, they will provide the nearest branch location for your pick/drop if rental items are available in that location. Also, you can check our branch addresses.
