Manifestation Mantra is built and supported by one person, so replies usually arrive within 1–2 business days. To get help faster, please include:
- Your device model and iOS version (Settings > General > About)
- The app version (shown at the bottom of the app's Settings screen)
- A short description of what happened and what you expected instead
- A screenshot or screen recording, if the issue is something you can see
Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or medical records by email. They are never needed for support.

GETTING STARTED
How does Manifestation Mantra work?
Answer a few short questions about what you want to manifest. The app creates a personalized mantra and a narrated audio journey built around that specific intention. Listen daily, journal what shows up, and build the streak.
Is the app free?
Yes, the app is free to download and includes free content. Unlimited mantras, the full audio library, and offline downloads require a Premium subscription.
How long does a daily session take?
As little as two or three minutes. Longer audio journeys are available if you have more time.
Can I change my intention later?
Yes. You can update your goals and focus areas at any time in Settings, and your mantras will adapt.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation is handled entirely by Apple:
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Tap Manifestation Mantra
5. Tap Cancel Subscription
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription. Please cancel through Settings.
How do I cancel a free trial?
Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, using the same steps above. Trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically otherwise.
How do I get a refund?
All payments are processed by Apple, so refunds are issued by Apple, not by me. Request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account that made the purchase. I have no ability to issue, approve, or speed up refunds, but if you were charged unexpectedly, email me and I will help you gather what you need for the request.
I was charged an amount I didn't expect.
Email junaid.mohammed777@yahoo.com with the date and amount and I'll look into it and confirm exactly what plan is on your account. Then file the refund request with Apple at the link above.
I paid but Premium isn't unlocked.
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase. If that doesn't work, email me.
Where can I see my plan and renewal date?
Settings app > your name > Subscriptions > Manifestation Mantra.
ACCOUNT AND DATA
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and your content. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — cancel that separately through Apple.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Email junaid.mohammed777@yahoo.com from the address on your account and request an export.
Is my journal private?
Your entries are stored securely and are never sold or used for advertising. Full details are in the Privacy Policy linked below.
I lost my content after reinstalling.
Sign back in with the same account you used before. If content is still missing, email me before creating anything new, so nothing gets overwritten.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Audio won't play.
Check that your device isn't muted or in Silent mode, close and reopen the app, and confirm you have a connection unless the audio was downloaded. If it persists, restart your device and try once more.
Downloads aren't available offline.
Downloads require Premium. Make sure the audio finished downloading while you were connected, and that your device has free storage space.
Reminders aren't arriving.
Go to Settings app > Notifications > Manifestation Mantra and confirm Allow Notifications is on. Then check that reminders are enabled and set to a time inside the app. Focus modes and Low Power Mode can also delay notifications.
The app crashes or freezes.
Update to the latest version in the App Store, restart your device, and if it continues, email me your device model and iOS version so I can reproduce it.
My mantra doesn't fit what I asked for.
Content is generated automatically and occasionally misses. You can regenerate it in the app, and I'd appreciate you emailing me the example so I can improve it.
