Hevik: Stories and Games ("the App") is a free application that offers stories and games designed for children. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially children.

1. Data We Do NOT Collect

We take a privacy-first approach. The App does not collect any of the following:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)

• User accounts or login credentials

• Location data

• Contact lists or address book

• Photos, camera, or microphone data

• Precise device identifiers

2. How the App Works

The App can be used immediately without registration. All content (stories and games) is delivered through the App without requiring any personal data from the user.

3. In-App Purchases

The App is completely free. There are currently no in-app purchases.

4. Advertising

The App currently does not display any advertisements.

In the future, the App may include advertisements to support its free distribution. When ads are introduced:

• We will only use advertising networks that comply with children's privacy regulations.

• No behavioral or personalized advertising will be shown.

• Only contextual, age-appropriate advertisements will be displayed.

• This Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly before ads are enabled.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use the Apple App Store for distribution. Apple's own privacy practices apply to this service.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is designed with children in mind. Because we do not collect any personal information from any user — including children — the App fully complies with children's privacy standards such as COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and Apple's Kids Category guidelines.

7. Data Security

Since no personal data is collected, there is no user data to protect on our servers.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. If we begin collecting any user data in the future (for example, when adding advertising), we will update this policy before making such changes.
