Welcome to Sproutly! By using our app, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What You Can Do

You may:

• Use Sproutly to identify plants and learn about them.

• Save your results for personal use.

• Share insights with friends (with proper credit).

2. What You Can’t Do

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer or tamper with the app.

• Use the app to train your own AI or extract our models/data.

• Sell or resell Sproutly’s services or content without permission.

3. AI Accuracy

Sproutly uses AI to generate plant information. While we aim for accuracy, we can’t guarantee that every identification or care tip is perfect. Use the app for informational purposes only—not for medical or agricultural decisions.

4. Payments

If you subscribe to Sproutly Pro, payments are handled through Apple’s App Store. We don’t store your payment info directly.

5. Account & Device

We identify users via device ID or Apple account. Keep your device secure. If you lose access, we might not be able to restore your history.

6. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your access if we detect misuse. You can stop using the app anytime—just uninstall it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll notify you in-app or via email (if provided). Continued use means you accept the changes.
