Data Deletion Request

🗑️ Request Account & Data Deletion

At Sprout & Grow, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your account. If you would like to delete your account and all associated data, you can request deletion at any time.

🔹 What will be deleted

When you request deletion, we will permanently remove the following from our systems:

• Your parent account (email and login details)
  
  

• Your child’s profile information
  
  

• Saved daily routines and progress
  
  

• Voice memos and encouragement notes
  
  

• Any other personal data linked to your account
  
  

🔹 How to request deletion

1. In-App Deletion (Preferred):
   
   

   • Open the Sprout & Grow App
     
     

   • Go to Parent Mode → Settings → Delete Account
     
     

   • Confirm your request
     
     

2. Email Request (If you can’t access the app):
   
   

   • Send an email to tiredbutgratefulco@gmail.com
     
     

   • Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
     
     

   • Include the email address associated with your account
     
     

🔹 Timeline

Once we receive your request, your account and all related data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
