Izzie is an artist, illustrator and florist from London who has lived in the Pacific Northwest for nearly a decade. She has worked for many of Seattle's favorite flower shops, including the London Plane, Columbia City Bouquet and Terra Bella. She loves working with local, seasonal blooms and is inspired by all the natural beauty that surrounds us in Bremerton.

My name is Makayla and I am a proud new member of the Sprout and Thistle crew! I am a Tacoma native and my other employer is a family run wholesaler, which is where I met Colleen. Since then she has taken me under her wing. Though I'm not entirely new to the floral and event design world, I am fairly new to store front floral. It has been an amazing learning experience and I'm so thankful to be part of such a welcoming community of folks! If you see me around the neighborhood don't be afraid to say hi and as always please come see me at the shop! I'd be happy to whip up something to to perk up your home during these grey days.
