Meet Contract

Meet contracts are available below. It is your responsibility to ask your AD to email your completed contract, along with entry fees, to Lafayette Jefferson High School as soon as possible.  Please email all contracts to the Lafayette Jeff Athletic Director (Justin Gardiner - jgardiner@lsc.k12.in.us)  

Contracts must be submitted prior to the event or your athlete will not be allowed to race due to IHSAA regulations.

Cost: $40 per athlete ($15 each additional event entered) and $60 per relay
