Hi, I’m Christine – a nurse, runner, and qualified sports massage therapist based in Baughurst.
With a background in nursing across neuro, intensive care, community health, and currently in critical care outreach, I bring a deep understanding of the human body, injury, and recovery into every massage session. My passion for health and movement extends beyond my clinical work – I’m also a keen (if very much amateur!) runner. I've completed two ultra-marathons and am currently training for the Arc of Attrition in January 2027 – a huge personal challenge that keeps me grounded in what my clients go through, both physically and mentally.
Away from work, I’m a beekeeper, animal lover, and live with my husband (a paramedic) in Baughurst, along with our cat Huey and our whippet Sherpa. My husband is planning to train as a sports massage therapist too, and we're excited about the idea of working together later this year.
As I continue to build and refine my services, I hope this business will grow from strength to strength – supporting runners, athletes, and anyone needing recovery and relief.
Whether you're dealing with aches, training for your next event, or just need to unwind, I’d love to help.
