This picture above  was taken from season 1977. Springwells Tennis Club won promotion to the top division and won the Senior Calcutta Cup. Perhaps, the best Springwells Team in history.

The above picture was taken in the 1960's.  The club membership had strength in numbers. This picture also includes Jack Mort who was our club administrator for many years.

From left to right, George Hopkins, Andy McKeown and Martin Kilday who achieved success in becoming winners of the over 60's cup. John Mitchell was the 4th member of the team who is not in the photograph .

Our very own Judith Morton (pictured above) being awarded lady player of the year in 2008.

John Mitchell and William Scobbie in good spirits as they coordinate our Annual American Open tournament where all members compete in a tournament. This provides an opportunity for our members to mix in a fun social event with a wee bit of a competitive edge.

Mark King is the proud winner of our first David Morton trophy. This trophy is named after one of our club legends who was a long time member and great club servant to Springwells Tennis Club.
