Dunguaire Castle in Kinvara (10 mins from Sprinlawn B&B) was built in 1520 on the picturesque shores of Galway Bay. You can book tickets with us to enjoy a medieval banquet here.

The world renowned Burren National Park takes it's name from the Irish ‘An Bhoireann’, literally meaning 'a rocky place'. This lunar limestone pavement is Europe’s largest karst landscape and is located approx 30-35 mins from Springlawn B&B.

Salthill in Galway city is a very popular seaside destination for those who enjoy sea sports or a relaxing dip in the clear Atlantic waters. Salthill is approx 25 mins from Springlawn B&B

Coole Park Nature Reserve is located in South County Galway just 4km north-west of the town of Gort. We are easily accessible and signposted from Exit 16 on the M18 motorway. Coole Park is open daily from 8am - 7.30pm. The Visitor Centre and tea rooms are  currently open daily from 10am-5pm.

Rinville Forest Park is located only 5 minutes from the picturesque village of Oranmore. With an extensive network of walks through woodlands, open farmland and by the sea, the Park offers a recreational facility of outstanding quality and beauty

Thoor Ballylee Tower is a well-preserved fourteenth-century tower closely associated with the renowned poet W.B.Yeats. It was here he spent summers with his family and was inspired to write some of his finest poetry, making the tower his permanent symbol. This tower is located approx 15-20 mins from Springlawn B&B.
