WHAT SHOULD MY STUDENT WEAR?
Dancers should wear their spring recital costumes, tights provided for them, and their assigned dance shoes.
Music students should dress nice for their performance.
WHEN SHOULD MY STUDENT ARRIVE?
Dancers should arrive 20 minutes before the show and check-in backstage.
Music students should arrive 15 minutes prior to the show and can sit with family members in the audience.
WILL WE NEED TO BUY TICKETS TO THE RECITAL?
Yes! Individual tickets are required for each show you attend. Tickets may be purchased online. There is NO ticket purchase minimum or maximum.
Recital tickets go on-sale Thursday, May 1st at 12:00pm.
CAN MY DANCER SIT WITH ME IN THE AUDIENCE?
For the safety of all the students, dancers are to stay in the dressing room for the duration of the show.
IS THERE CLASS ON THE DAY OF THE RECITAL?
No, there are no classes the day of recital. All dance classes end Thursday, May 15th.
WHAT IF MY DANCER HAS A SHOE CHANGE?
Staff or class volunteers will assist with any shoe changes.
Parents are welcome to assist their dancer's shoe changes, but should not remain in the dressing area.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES AND VIDEOS DURING THE SHOW?
Dance - No flash photography or videotaping is allowed during the show. We will have the shows professionally videotaped.
Music - Yes!
DO WE HAVE CLASS AFTER THE RECITAL?
Dance & Music - No, all IPAC classes end Thursday, May 15th. We will see you this summer and next fall for Season #20.
