Event Day 

Everything you need to know for the day of the event!

For Customers...

Ticket Sale:

• Doors open for the sale at 9:00 AM on Saturday, April 12, 2025.

• There is no limit on the amount of items that can be purchased.

• Admission is $1 CASH per participant 4+ for the SHOP ONLY from 9 AM - 12 PM.

• Admission is $5 CASH per participant 3+ for the HOP N SHOP combo from 10 AM - 1 PM.

• Bring your own bag or cart for purchased items.

• Concessions will be available!

For Table Renters...

Check-In Friday, April 11, 2025 from 6-8PM or Saturday, April 12, 2025 at 8AM:

• Park in the West lot for set up (Do not park in drop-off lane)

• Enter Door 12 for check-in 

  • YOU MUST BRING a signed vendor contract and cash for tables (if not paid online)

• An NHS volunteer will direct you to your assigned table space after completing the check-in forms

• Once at your table, you can set up your items until the sale starts

• Bring your own cart to make setup quicker  

Table Space: 

• No changes in table location will be permitted

Big Ticket Room:

• If you have items in the big ticket room, there will be an additional form to fill out at check-in

• You must... 1.) Price your item  2.) Describe the item's condition

• An NHS volunteer will direct you to the big ticket room
