List of services
We want to make your stay at 'Spring Bank Campsite' as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. So even though were a small campsite we have the following services available:
Play Equipment
So this is our family play equipment and your children are welcome to play on it (under your supervision and at your own risk). There are two swings and a tyre swing to enjoy and a wavy slide too. We also have a trampoline for the children to bounce on.
Toilet
Just walk through the back door and the toilet is there for you to use.
In the day time the back door will be open so that you have access, but the door to the house will be locked.
At night time there is a combination lock where the key to the door is situated, we'll give you the combination when you arrive. During the night, please don't worry about disturbing us, it will all be fine. Please use the bin provided for any sanitary wear as we have a septic tank.
If you need another toilet roll then just look in the right hand cupboard in the utility room.
Water facilities
So for your cold water there is an outside tap under the grapevine at the front of the cottage.
We are happy for you to fill your 'round' washing up bowls with our hot water from our utility room.
Within the utility room there is a square washing up bowl (if you decide to wash your dishes inside), when your dishes are washed then just put your wet plates and pots in the bowl as we don't have a draining board
In the cupboard there is washing up liquid, sponges and bin bags.
Drying facilities
Within our utility room there is a 'pully maid' which you can use to dry your clothes overnight. You can also leave your walking boots in the utility room overnight to dry out (obviously we are not responsible for any items left overnight but the door will be locked with access for campers only).
We have a washing machine, if you want to use it then please ask.
Recycling & Waste
The grey bin lid is for waste
The blue bin is for recycling
The brown bin lid is for garden waste
Please put your rubbish in a bin bag and put in the the grey bin (if you don't have any bin bags then there's some in the utility room).
In the blue bin there is a bag for cardboard only and underneath this put your rinsed plastic, tins and glass.
