Our Portland Maintenance team is seeking an experienced PRESSURE WASHER.
Full-time position; shifts may vary, but in general:
7 months of pressure washing on overnight shifts (3rd shift/graveyard, warm weather); shift is generally 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM (hours may vary)
5 months of maintenance projects (mostly first shift, cold weather); shift for this season is generally Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 AM (hours may vary)
Pay rate is $24/hour
Successful candidate will be a dependable self-starter who pays attention to detail and follows instructions well
Pressure Washing experience REQUIRED
Pressure washing will be conducted in parking garages and open parking lots
Must have open availability and be able to flex schedule from week-to-week to accommodate needs of the various locations
Must possess clean driving record to pass MVR

Successful candidates will have an open and flexible schedule with the ability to be on call for day (1st) and swing (2nd) shifts.
Schedule varies weekly depending on operational needs
Great potential to work into FT position

No overnights required, but overnight availability is highly desirable!
No driving required
