1. はじめに 「SPP Multi Hub: Bluetooth Relay」（以下、「本アプリ」）における、ユーザーの個人情報およびプライバシー情報の取り扱いについて、以下の通りプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」）を定めます。
2. 取得する情報、利用目的およびパーミッションの利用 本アプリでは、機能を提供するために以下の権限（パーミッション）および情報を利用しますが、ユーザーの同意なく開発者がこれらを収集・外部に送信することはありません。
Bluetooth機能（BLUETOOTH_CONNECT） 本アプリは、Bluetooth SPP（Serial Port Profile）を利用して複数のデバイス間でシリアルデータの送受信（ハブ、モニター、リレー、ブリッジ機能）を行うために、Bluetooth接続権限を使用します。なお、本アプリは位置情報権限のリクエストを行っておらず、ユーザーの位置情報を取得・追跡することはありません。
アプリ内データ、ログおよびエクスポート機能 本アプリには受信データのロガー機能およびファイルエクスポート機能が含まれています。これらのデータは原則としてユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。ユーザーが任意の外部クラウドストレージ等をエクスポート先に指定した場合、指定された保存場所（URI）にデータが出力されますが、これらのデータに当方がアクセスしたり、当方のサーバーへ自動的に送信・保存したりすることは一切ありません。
通知権限（POST_NOTIFICATIONS） 本アプリは、バックグラウンドでの通信処理（フォアグラウンドサービス）を安定して継続し、その動作ステータスをユーザーに明示するために通知権限を使用します。この通知機能を通じて個人情報を収集することはありません。
3. 第三者モジュール（広告配信）による情報の取得 本アプリでは、無料でサービスを提供するために、広告配信ツールとしてGoogle AdMobを使用しています。AdMobは、広告配信の最適化や利用状況解析のために、デバイスの識別子（広告ID等）、IPアドレス、Cookieなどの情報を自動的に取得する場合があります。 これらの情報は、Googleのプライバシーポリシーに従って管理されます。詳細やオプトアウト（無効化）の方法については、以下のリンクをご確認ください。

4. 情報の第三者提供 当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ることなく、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
5. 子どものプライバシー（年齢制限について） 本アプリは、13歳未満の子供を対象とした、または子供の利用を意図したものではありません。当方が13歳未満の子供から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。万が一、13歳未満の子供が個人情報を提供したことが判明した場合、当方は直ちにそれをサーバーや端末から削除する措置を講じます。
6. 免責事項 本アプリの利用、または本アプリから遷移する外部サイト・サービスの利用によって生じた損害やトラブルについて、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
7. プライバシーポリシーの変更 当方は、法令の改正やアプリの仕様変更に伴い、本ポリシーを事前の予告なく変更することがあります。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページ（またはアプリ内）に掲載された時点から効力を生じるものとします。

1. Introduction This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") sets forth the handling of user's personal and privacy information in "SPP Multi Hub: Bluetooth Relay" (hereinafter referred to as the "App").
2. Information Collection, Use, and Permissions The App uses the following permissions and information to provide its features. However, the developer will not collect or transmit this data externally without the user's consent.
Bluetooth Function (BLUETOOTH_CONNECT) The App uses Bluetooth connection permissions to transmit and receive serial data (Hub, Monitor, Relay, and Bridge features) between multiple devices using Bluetooth SPP (Serial Port Profile). The App does not request location permissions and does not collect or track the user's location information.
In-App Data, Logs, and Export Feature The App includes a logger feature for received data and a file export feature. As a general rule, this data is saved only within the user's device. If the user specifies an arbitrary external cloud storage as the export destination, the data will be output to the specified storage location (URI). However, we do not access this data, nor do we automatically transmit or save it to our servers.
Notification Permission (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) The App uses notification permissions to stably continue background communication processing (foreground service) and to clearly indicate its operational status to the user. No personal information is collected through this notification feature.
3. Information Collection by Third-Party Modules (Advertising) To provide the service for free, the App uses Google AdMob as an ad delivery tool. AdMob may automatically collect information such as device identifiers (Advertising ID, etc.), IP addresses, and Cookies for ad delivery optimization and usage analysis. 4. Provision of Information to Third Parties Except as required by law, we will not provide the user's personal information to any third party without obtaining the user's prior consent.
5. Children's Privacy (Age Restriction) The App is not directed to or intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately take steps to delete it from our servers and devices.
6. Disclaimer We assume no responsibility for any damages or troubles caused by the use of the App or the use of external sites and services navigated to from the App.
7. Changes to this Privacy Policy We may change this Policy without prior notice due to legal amendments or changes in App specifications. The revised Privacy Policy shall become effective from the time it is posted on this page (or within the App).
