1. はじめに 「SPP Multi Hub: Bluetooth Relay」（以下、「本アプリ」）における、ユーザーの個人情報およびプライバシー情報の取り扱いについて、以下の通りプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

2. 取得する情報、利用目的およびパーミッションの利用 本アプリでは、機能を提供するために以下の権限（パーミッション）および情報を利用しますが、ユーザーの同意なく開発者がこれらを収集・外部に送信することはありません。

Bluetooth機能（BLUETOOTH_CONNECT） 本アプリは、Bluetooth SPP（Serial Port Profile）を利用して複数のデバイス間でシリアルデータの送受信（ハブ、モニター、リレー、ブリッジ機能）を行うために、Bluetooth接続権限を使用します。なお、本アプリは位置情報権限のリクエストを行っておらず、ユーザーの位置情報を取得・追跡することはありません。

アプリ内データ、ログおよびエクスポート機能 本アプリには受信データのロガー機能およびファイルエクスポート機能が含まれています。これらのデータは原則としてユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。ユーザーが任意の外部クラウドストレージ等をエクスポート先に指定した場合、指定された保存場所（URI）にデータが出力されますが、これらのデータに当方がアクセスしたり、当方のサーバーへ自動的に送信・保存したりすることは一切ありません。

通知権限（POST_NOTIFICATIONS） 本アプリは、バックグラウンドでの通信処理（フォアグラウンドサービス）を安定して継続し、その動作ステータスをユーザーに明示するために通知権限を使用します。この通知機能を通じて個人情報を収集することはありません。

3. 第三者モジュール（広告配信）による情報の取得 本アプリでは、無料でサービスを提供するために、広告配信ツールとしてGoogle AdMobを使用しています。AdMobは、広告配信の最適化や利用状況解析のために、デバイスの識別子（広告ID等）、IPアドレス、Cookieなどの情報を自動的に取得する場合があります。 これらの情報は、Googleのプライバシーポリシーに従って管理されます。詳細やオプトアウト（無効化）の方法については、以下のリンクをご確認ください。 Google プライバシーポリシー：https://policies.google.com/privacy

4. 同意管理（GDPR / 米国州法等） 欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、および適用される米国の州のユーザーに対し、本アプリはGoogleのUser Messaging Platform (UMP) SDKを使用し、広告のパーソナライズとデータ使用に関するユーザーの同意を取得・管理します。ユーザーは、アプリ内の設定メニューからいつでもプライバシーおよび同意に関する選択を確認または変更することができます。

5. 情報の第三者提供 当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ることなく、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

6. 子どものプライバシー（年齢制限について） 本アプリは、18歳未満の個人を対象としていません。当方が意図的に児童から個人情報を収集することはありません。当方は自社のサーバー等でユーザーの個人情報を収集・保存していません。万が一、意図せず児童が本アプリを利用し、サードパーティのサービス（Google AdMob等）によってデータが収集されたと保護者の方が判断された場合、ご利用のデバイスの設定から「広告IDのリセット」を行うか、該当するサードパーティのプライバシーコントロールを通じてデータの無効化を行ってください。

7. 免責事項 本アプリの利用、または本アプリから遷移する外部サイト・サービスの利用によって生じた損害やトラブルについて、当方は一切の責任を負いません。

8. プライバシーポリシーの変更 当方は、法令の改正やアプリの仕様変更に伴い、本ポリシーを事前の予告なく変更することがあります。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページ（またはアプリ内）に掲載された時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Privacy Policy

1. Introduction This Privacy Policy defines the handling of user personal information and privacy information in "SPP Multi Hub: Bluetooth Relay" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").

2. Information Collection, Purpose of Use, and Use of Permissions The Application uses the following permissions and information to provide its functions, but the developer will not collect or send these externally without the user's prior consent.

Bluetooth Function (BLUETOOTH_CONNECT) The Application uses Bluetooth connection permissions to transmit and receive serial data (hub, monitor, relay, bridge functions) between multiple devices using Bluetooth SPP (Serial Port Profile). Please note that the Application does not request location information permissions and does not acquire or track the user's location information.

In-App Data, Logs, and Export Function The Application includes a received data logger function and a file export function. This data is generally saved only within the user's device. If the user specifies an external cloud storage or similar as the export destination, the data will be output to the specified save location (URI), but we will never access this data or automatically send or save it to our servers.

Notification Permission (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) The Application uses notification permissions to stably continue background communication processing (foreground service) and clearly indicate its operating status to the user. We do not collect personal information through this notification function.

3. Information Acquisition by Third-Party Modules (Ad Delivery) The Application uses Google AdMob as an ad delivery tool to provide the service for free. AdMob may automatically acquire information such as device identifiers (Advertising ID, etc.), IP addresses, and cookies for ad delivery optimization and usage analysis. These information are managed in accordance with Google's privacy policy. 4. Consent Management (GDPR / US State Privacy Laws, etc.) For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and applicable US states, the Application uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to obtain and manage user consent regarding ad personalization and data usage. Users can review or modify their privacy and consent choices at any time from the settings menu within the Application.

5. Provision of Information to Third Parties We will not provide user personal information to third parties without obtaining the user's prior consent, except as required by law.

6. Children's Privacy The Application is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not collect or store user personal data on our own servers. In the unlikely event that a child uses the Application unintentionally and a parent or guardian determines that data has been collected by third-party services (such as Google AdMob), please "Reset Advertising ID" from your device settings or disable the data via the respective third-party's privacy controls.

7. Disclaimer We take no responsibility for any damages or troubles caused by the use of the Application or the use of external sites and services transitioned from the Application.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy We may change this policy without prior notice due to revisions to laws and regulations or changes to the Application's specifications. The revised privacy policy shall become effective from the time it is posted on this page (or within the Application).
