Spottr uses artificial intelligence to identify car makes and models based on user-submitted images. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate. We are not responsible for incorrect or misleading AI identifications, and this data should not be relied upon for legal, financial, or safety-related purposes.

5. Prohibited Content and Use

By using Spottr, you agree not to upload or share:

6. User Responsibility and Content Moderation

You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
While we do not manually review every photo, we reserve the right to:

7. DMCA & Brand Use Disclaimers

All car brand names and trademarks mentioned (e.g., Ferrari, Lamborghini) are used for descriptive purposes only. Spottr is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.

Any logos visible in uploaded photos are incidental and part of user-generated content.

If you are a rights holder and believe your intellectual property is being misused within the app, you may submit a takedown request to contact@erosstudios.info.

8. Your Rights
