Spotory(思い出マップ)は、思い出のある場所に写真・動画・メモを紐づけて地図上に記録するアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリの利用にあたって取り扱う情報について説明します。
01. はじめに
Spotory(以下「本アプリ」)は、個人開発者(Frogbase、以下「当方」)が開発・提供しています。本アプリはユーザー登録やログインを必要とせず、氏名やメールアドレスなど個人を特定できる情報を当方が収集することはありません。
02. 収集する情報
位置情報:地図上にピンを配置するため、現在地(GPS)、または選択した写真のExif位置情報を取得します。
写真・動画:ユーザーが選択、またはアプリ内カメラで撮影した写真・動画。ピンに紐づけて保存します。
広告関連の識別子:広告表示のため、Google AdMob(第三者)が広告IDなどのデバイス情報を取得する場合があります。
地図・検索のための通信内容:地図タイルの取得や場所検索のため、検索語句や位置情報がGoogle Maps/Places APIに送信されます。
03. データの保存場所
ピン・写真・動画・メモなどのデータは、すべて端末内のデータベースとストレージにのみ保存されます。本アプリには当方が運営するサーバーは存在せず、これらのデータが当方や当方の管理する第三者サーバーへ送信されることはありません。
重要: あなたの思い出の記録(位置情報・写真・メモ)は、すべてあなたの端末内だけに保存されます。当方がその内容にアクセスすることはありません。
お使いの端末のOS標準のアプリ別データ保護機構により保護されますが、当方独自の暗号化処理は行っていません。
04. アプリの権限
位置情報:現在地にピンを作成する機能のため。
写真・動画へのアクセス:既存の写真・動画をピンに追加するため。
写真の位置情報(Exif):選択した写真の撮影地点から自動でピンを作成するため。
カメラ:アプリ内カメラで新しい写真・動画を撮影するため。
いずれの権限も、対応する機能を利用する際にのみ要求されます。許可しない場合でも本アプリの他の機能は利用できますが、許可しなかった機能自体は使用できません。
05. 第三者サービス
Google Maps SDK for Android / Places API — 地図表示・場所検索に使用します。Googleプライバシーポリシー: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Google AdMob — 広告配信に使用します。広告のパーソナライズやオプトアウトの方法はGoogle広告ポリシー(https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads)をご確認ください。端末の設定から広告IDのリセットも可能です。
これらのサービスの提供者によるデータの取り扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
06. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を主な対象としておらず、意図的にお子様から個人情報を収集することはありません。
07. データの削除
本アプリ内で個々のピンや写真をいつでも削除できます。すべてのデータを削除したい場合は、本アプリをアンインストールするか、端末の設定からアプリのストレージデータを消去してください。データはサーバーに保持されていないため、これにより完全に削除されます。
08. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、法令の変更やアプリの機能追加に伴い、予告なく変更されることがあります。変更した場合は、本ページ上部の更新日を改定してお知らせします。

Spotory Privacy Policy

Spotory is an app for pinning memories to a map, attaching photos, videos, and notes to the places they happened. This policy explains what information the app handles.
01. Introduction
Spotory ("the App") is developed and published by an independent developer (Frogbase, "we"). The App does not require account registration or sign-in, and we do not collect personally identifying information such as your name or email address.
02. Information We Collect
Location data — your current GPS location, or the GPS coordinates embedded in a selected photo's Exif metadata, used to place pins correctly on the map.
Photos and videos — media you select or capture with the in-app camera, attached to the pins you create.
Advertising identifiers — to serve ads, our advertising partner, Google AdMob, may collect device information such as your advertising ID.
Map and search traffic — search text and location data sent to the Google Maps / Places API to load map tiles and search results.
03. Where Your Data Is Stored
Pins, photos, videos, and notes are stored exclusively in a local database and storage on your device. The App has no server operated by us, so this data is never transmitted to us or to any server we control.
The key point: your memories — locations, photos, and notes — stay on your device only. We never see or have access to them.
Your data is protected by your device OS's standard per-app data protections; we do not apply any additional encryption of our own.
04. App Permissions
Location — to create a pin at your current position.
Photo and video access — to add existing media to a pin.
Photo location (Exif) — to automatically create pins from where your selected photos were taken.
Camera — to capture new photos or videos from within the App.
Each permission is requested only when its related feature is used. Declining a permission keeps the rest of the App working; only the feature tied to that permission becomes unavailable.
05. Third-Party Services
Google Maps SDK for Android / Places API — powers the map display and place search. Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Google AdMob — serves ads within the App. See Google's ad policy (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads) for how ad personalization and opt-out work. You can also reset your advertising ID from your device settings.
Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy, linked above.
06. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
07. Deleting Your Data
You can delete individual pins or photos at any time from within the App. To remove everything at once, uninstall the App or clear its storage from your device settings — since no data is kept on any server, this deletes it completely.
08. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the App's features change or as required by law. Any changes will be reflected by updating the date shown at the top of this page.
