SpotiLyrix is designed to operate entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or retain personal data on our own servers.
SpotiLyrix does not operate any backend servers that collect or store user data.
All data used by the App is processed locally on your device or directly between your device and third-party services (such as Spotify or Google), under their respective privacy policies.
We do not:
Collect personal data on our servers
Store user accounts
Maintain remote databases
Sell user data
Retain user data
The App may process the following data locally on your device:
Access tokens and playback data required to display currently playing track information and lyrics.
These are handled directly between your device and Spotify’s servers.
Used only for trip and moment features within the app.
Location data remains on your device unless required by Google Play services for standard Android functionality.
Subscription or purchase status is validated through Google Play Billing.
SpotiLyrix does not store payment details.
Google AdMob may use advertising identifiers and diagnostics to serve ads.
SpotiLyrix does not access, store, or control this data.
Crash or technical diagnostics may be processed by Google Play services to improve app stability.
We do not operate our own logging or analytics servers.

Any data processing occurs directly between your device and the relevant third-party provider.

The App may request the following Android permissions:
Location permissions (for trip and moment features)
Foreground service permissions (for active playback synchronization)
Network access (to communicate with Spotify and Google services)
Permissions can be managed at any time in Android Settings.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because SpotiLyrix does not operate backend servers or store user data, personal data remains under your control on your device and within third-party platforms (Spotify and Google).
No digital system can guarantee 100% security, but we minimize risk by not collecting or storing user data ourselves.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
