By downloading, installing, or using SportyLog ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
SportyLog is a fitness tracking application that allows users to create, manage, and track workouts. The App operates locally on your device and does not require internet connectivity for its core functionality.
SportyLog does not require user registration or account creation. All data is stored locally on your device.
Any content you create within the App (including workouts, routines, and preferences) belongs to you.
You are solely responsible for all data you create and store within the App. We recommend regularly backing up your device to prevent data loss.
The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by SportyLog and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
Transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, rent, or otherwise distribute the App to any third party
Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
The App is not intended to provide medical advice. Consult with healthcare professionals before starting any fitness program.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall SportyLog be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SportyLog and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time without notice.
We may revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the App after such revisions, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SportyLog regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
