We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Sporty account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: In-App Deletion
1. Open the Sporty app
2. Go to Settings > Profile
3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm your request
Option 2: Email Request
If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to:
Please include the following in your email:
• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• Your registered email address
• Reason for deletion (optional)
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
• Personal information (name, email, profile photo)
• Health and fitness data (steps, calories, water intake)
• Meal tracking history and photos
• Subscription information
• All app preferences and settings
⚠️ This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
