Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the SportSprint app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by John Cowand (the
"Service Provider"). The Application is provided free of charge, contains no advertising, and is intended for use "AS
IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or usage data. It does not
connect to the internet, does not use analytics or advertising services, does not track your location, and does not
use advertising identifiers.
Information Stored on Your Device
To make the game work, the Application saves some information only on your own device:
- Your game progress, such as coins, unlocked items, and settings
- Your high scores
- The player name you choose to enter for the Highscores list
This information never leaves your device and is never sent to the Service Provider or anyone else. The Application
also reads your device model on your device to size the screen layout correctly. This is not saved or sent anywhere.
Your device's own backup features (such as iCloud or Google backups) may include this saved game data. Those backups
are handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies, not by the Service Provider.
Third-Party Services
The Application does not use any third-party services that collect information about you.
Deleting Your Data
Because all data is stored only on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the Application.
Children
The Application does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The
optional player name entered for the Highscores list stays on the device and is never transmitted. If you are a parent
or guardian with questions, please contact the Service Provider at hapticgamesofficial@gmail.com.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective
date.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-10-13.
