By using the Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect only the data needed to operate the Apps:

  - Account information — when you sign in (including Sign in with Google), we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.

  - Device & technical information — device model, operating system version, app version, and a device identifier, used to keep your account secure and

  provide support.

  - Push notification token — a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token so we can send you booking and account notifications.

  - Location information — with your permission, approximate or precise location to show nearby venues and relevant services (mainly in the SportOye Owner

  app).

  - Camera — with your permission, the camera is used to scan QR codes for bookings/check-in. We do not store photos or video.

  - Usage & booking data — bookings, transactions, and activity you carry out within the Apps.

  - We do not collect passwords from Google Sign-In, and we do not store full payment card numbers or CVV within the Apps.

  How We Use Your Information

  - Create and manage your account and authenticate you.

  - Process and manage bookings and related services.

  - Send service and booking notifications.

  - Provide customer support and improve the Apps.

  - Maintain security, prevent fraud, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

  How We Share Information

  We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

  - Service providers that help us run the Apps, such as Google / Firebase (authentication, push notifications, analytics).

  - Venue owners/providers to the extent needed to fulfil your bookings.

  - Authorities or regulators where required by law.

  Data Storage & Security

  We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls on a least-privilege basis. While we work to

  protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

  Data Retention

  We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the Apps and to meet legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, after which it is deleted or

  anonymised.

  Account & Data Deletion

  You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing no-reply@sportoye.com. We will process verified requests within 30 days, subject

  to legal retention requirements.

  The Apps are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

  The Apps use Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics). Your use of these services is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy:
