Luke began his career as a group fitness trainer in 2015. In that time he has taught and developed workouts that are both challenging and fun. The goal in every workout is to push yourself to improve overall strength, conditioning, agility and performance. Luke is a black belt in Taekwondo and has been practicing martial arts for 12 years. He also coaches football on a variety of levels; youth football for Greendale Youth Football (2013-present), Semi Pro football for the West Allis Scorpions and Milwaukee County Chargers (2014-present) and High School football at Ronald Reagan High School in Milwaukee (2016-present). You can expect many of the aspects of his coaching and training experience to be reflected in his workouts.
