2. Terms & Conditions
Use of Service
Sponge Car Wash is a platform specialized in car washing and car care services through the mobile application.
By using the service, you agree to:
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Avoid misuse of the application or services
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and password
Users are fully responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.
Application License
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on their personal devices only.
Users may not:
Sell or sublicense the application
Copy or modify the application
Use the application for unauthorized commercial purposes
Restricted Activities
Users are prohibited from:
Sending spam or unlawful content
Uploading malicious software or viruses
Attempting to hack or disrupt the service
Impersonating others or abusing the platform
Sponge Car Wash reserves the right to take legal action against violations.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
All charges become due immediately upon booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:
Appointments may be canceled free of charge if canceled at least 3 hours before the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
If the vehicle is unavailable at the specified location or the customer fails to respond within 15 minutes of the provider’s arrival, the booking will be automatically canceled without refund.

Pricing varies depending on the vehicle category, including:

Family-sized vehicles
Sponge Car Wash reserves the right to apply different pricing for larger vehicles such as:
Vans
Buses
Special-purpose vehicles
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

MasterCard
Apple Pay
All payments are processed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
Liability Disclaimer
Sponge Car Wash shall not be responsible for:
Personal belongings left inside the vehicle
Property not removed by the customer before service
Damages resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer
If the vehicle cannot be opened upon arrival, exterior washing services only will be performed.
Service Modifications
Sponge Car Wash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the application or services at any time without prior notice.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising between the parties shall first be resolved amicably within a period not exceeding 60 days.
If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be referred to commercial arbitration in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method within 10 to 45 business days.
