Welcome to the Semiconductor physics and Nanotechnology Research Lab (SPNRL):
Welcome to the SPNR Lab, where our dedication lies in advancing nanotechnology and making nanoscience more accessible. Our ongoing research focuses on developing nanofabrication processes for high-performance semiconductor devices and various nanostructured material systems. With expertise in synthesizing 2D materials such as MXene, Graphene, MoS2, and metasl oxides, alongside a strong background in electrochemical sensors, hybrid solar cells, and energy storage devices, we aspire to contribute significantly to the forefront of nanoscience and technology.
Research Interests:
(1) Synthesis of Nanomaterials:
Two-Dimensional Materials (MXene, Graphene, MoS2, Black Phosphorus, WS2 etc)
Metal Oxides, Polymers, and their composites
(2) Applications of Nanomaterials:
Chemical Sensors (Gas Sensors)
Electrochemical (Glucose, Caffeine, and pH)
Energy Conversion (Hybrid Solar Cells and Organic Solar Cells)
