Miley A. Mangubat is the current President of the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) of Sapang Palay National High School for Academic Year 2026–2027 and a five-term SSLG Governor. Her continued involvement in student governance has extended from the school level to broader student leadership structures, serving as Vice President of the Division Federation Supreme Secondary Learner Government (DIVFED) and as a Provincial Girl Official Board Member.

Through these leadership roles, she represents student perspectives and concerns across different levels of governance, while contributing to the coordination of learner-centered initiatives, communication among student leaders, and participation in division- and provincial-level programs. Her positions provide avenues for the concerns, interests, and perspectives of learners to be represented beyond the school community and contribute to broader youth leadership initiatives.
