Reporting an Issue
To help us investigate your issue more quickly, please include the following information when contacting us:
- Your device model
- Operating system version
- Lumi app version
- A short description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if possible
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if available
Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information in your email.
Subscriptions and Payments
If you have questions about a Lumi Premium subscription, please include the platform you are using.
iOS:
Purchases and subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and the App Store.
Android:
Purchases and subscriptions are managed through your Google Play account.
For billing issues related directly to Apple or Google, you may also need to contact the respective store support team.
