These Terms of Use govern your use of the Splitzo mobile application (“App”), developed by Jay Shiyani (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Splitzo is designed to help users manage group trips and split expenses fairly. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree to use the App lawfully and not misuse it in any way that could harm the App or other users.
You are responsible for:
The accuracy of the expense data you enter
Managing and verifying balances shown in the App
How you choose to settle expenses outside the App
Splitzo does not handle real payments or money transfers.
The App provides calculations for convenience only.
It does not provide financial, accounting, or legal advice.
All expense settlements are handled independently by users.
All data entered into the App remains on your device unless otherwise stated. Deleting a trip or uninstalling the App removes the associated data.
We are not responsible for:
Disputes between users
Incorrect data entered by users
Losses resulting from reliance on the App’s calculations
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We may update or modify the App at any time to improve functionality or comply with platform requirements.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
