SP Digital Creation built the SplitCap app as a freemium application. This SERVICE is provided by SP Digital Creation at no cost for the base tier and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information.
SplitCap operates on a strict offline-first architecture. We understand the high sensitivity of real estate transaction data. Therefore:
All financial inputs (property prices, commission rates, split percentages, cap progress, and deal pipeline histories) are processed and stored locally on your personal device.
We do not currently extract, transmit, or store your private financial data on external servers or cloud databases.
While your core calculation data remains on your device, the app utilizes specific third-party services to enhance functionality, deliver notifications, and support our freemium model via advertisements. These third-party services may collect standard device identifiers, crash logs, and usage data:
Google AdMob: We use AdMob to serve banner and interstitial advertisements in the free version of the app. Ad networks may use device identifiers and cookies to serve relevant ads.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): We utilize FCM to deliver timely push notifications, such as alerts when you hit major cap milestones (e.g., 50%, 75%, 100%).
SplitCap is designed to minimize unnecessary data access. We do not request access to sensitive device systems such as your Contacts, Camera, Microphone, or Precise Location, as they are not required to calculate your net spendable income or track your cap.
Because your deal history, brokerage profile, and multi-year archives are stored locally, you maintain absolute control over this data.
Deleting a pipeline deal directly removes it from your device's database.
Resetting your cap for a new fiscal year securely archives your prior data according to your instructions.
Uninstalling the SplitCap application or clearing the app's cache/storage from your device settings will permanently erase all your saved financial data, profiles, and histories.
As our platform evolves to introduce optional features like Cloud Sync or Multi-Profile Team Modes, this Privacy Policy will be updated. If and when off-device cloud storage is introduced, it will be strictly on an opt-in basis, and users will be notified prior to any data transmission.
SplitCap is a B2B financial utility designed for licensed real estate professionals. Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
