FAQs
A: We clean siding, brick, stucco, driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks, fences, and more.
A: Not if its done correctly. When washing siding we use very low pressure for delicate surfaces like these to guarantee no damage comes to your home.
A: To put it short: yes we almost always use chemical when cleaning, but don't worry your home, plants, pets, and grass will never be harmed or damaged. Each job we carefully pre- and post-rinse the surrounding areas effectively preventing our chemical solution from causing impairment.
A: It depends on the location of your home, but on average once a year is considered good enough for powerwashing. As for windows, most of our customers have theirs cleaned biannually, but some prefer to get it done quarterly. The reason for this is to keep the windows clean for as long as possible to prevent hard water build up from etching your glass and prevent other damage as well. It is also nice to have clean windows all year round!
A; Our roof cleaning process is a job that spans multiple days and involves multiple people working together to achieve the best possible result. First, we start the process on a day before rain is forecast. We begin with one person pre-treating surrounding vegetation to ensure that no damage occurs. While this happens, another person begins applying a high percentage chemical mix to the roof, covering every square inch. After the entire roof is covered in the solution, someone posts-treats the vegetation, and then we let the solution sit on the roof for it to be washed away by the rain.Â
