Splash Apps are designed as digital tools to help teachers record, manage, and analyse student performance in educational settings.
The apps must only be used for lawful educational purposes.
Users agree to:
Keep their login credentials secure
Ensure the accuracy of information entered into the app
Follow their school’s policies on student data protection and privacy
Users must not:
Use the app for unlawful purposes
Share, sell, or disclose student information without proper authorisation
Attempt to interfere with the app’s functionality or security
All content, software, code, and features of the Splash Apps platform remain the property of the developer.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for educational purposes.
The developer is not responsible for:
Inaccuracies in data entered by users
Loss of data resulting from user actions
Unauthorized access caused by failure to protect login credentials
Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms of Use are violated.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the latest version.

Certain Splash Apps products, services, or features may require an active subscription. Other Splash Apps products or features may be available free of charge.
Where a subscription is offered through Apple’s App Store, payment will be charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions at any time through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Where a free trial is offered, the availability, duration, and conditions of the trial will be displayed at the time of subscription.
Subscription pricing, plans, features, and availability may vary between Splash Apps products and may change over time.
