Orders placed by foreign customers are only sent and delivered by authorised international courier services and/or international fast post. Orders for domestic customers are only delivered by authorised domestic courier services and/or fast post. Orders are dispatched within 3-5 days after order confirmation, or on the delivery date agreed upon at that time. Deliveries are made subject to courier company and post office policies. SPK Tecon Solution only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days of the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date specified at the time of order confirmation. SPK Tecon Solution is not responsible for any delivery delays by the courier company or postal authorities.
