ACCOUNT DELETION AGREEMENT

1. Introduction and Acceptance
This Agreement governs the deletion of user accounts ("Account") for the game application(s) (the "Game") provided by Spirit Scuffle ("we," "us," or "our") through the Apple App Store and Google Play platforms. By initiating the Account deletion process, you ("User") agree to the terms herein. If you disagree, do not proceed with deletion.
2. Right to Delete Your Account
You have the right to delete your Account at any time. This right is recognized under global data protection laws (e.g., GDPR Article 17, CCPA § 1798.105) and platform policies (Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1, Google Play User Data Policy).
3. Pre-Deletion Requirements
Before deletion, you must:
•Resolve pending transactions: Complete any in-progress purchases, refund requests, or disputes.
•Settle violations: Address any active bans, suspensions, or breaches of our Terms of Service.
•Backup data: Export or save game progress, virtual items, or other data you wish to retain. We cannot recover data after deletion.
4. How to Request Deletion
4.1. Direct Request
Submit a deletion request via:
•In-Game Settings: Navigate to:
Settings > Account > Delete Account(clearly labeled).
•Email: Send a verified request to FantasyGameService@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion."
4.2. Identity Verification
To prevent fraudulent deletion, you must:
•Provide your registered email or username.
•Complete two-factor authentication (if enabled).
•We will not require additional information beyond what was collected at registration.
5. Data Processing After Deletion
Upon confirmation:
5.1. Personal Data
•We will permanently delete or anonymize your:
•Profile data (username, email, device ID).
•Game progress and interactions.
•Chat logs and social connections.
•Anonymized data may be retained for analytics, complying with legal obligations.
5.2. Exceptions
Data may be retained where required by law, including:
•Fraud investigations (e.g., payment disputes).
•Legal compliance (e.g., tax records, transaction logs).
•Security incident evidence (retained ≤ 3 years).
6. Virtual Assets and In-Game Items
•No refunds or transfers: All virtual currency (e.g., gems, coins), skins, characters, and progress ("Virtual Assets") will be permanently forfeited upon deletion.
•No compensation: You waive rights to claim refunds, transfers, or monetary value for lost Virtual Assets.
7. Limitations and Reinstatement
•Irreversible action: Deleted Accounts cannot be recovered.
•New Account creation: You may register a new Account, but previous data will not be restored.
•Third-party platforms: Deleting our Account does not delete linked accounts (e.g., Apple ID, Google ID). Manage these separately.
8. Legal Compliance and Dispute Resolution
•Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Specify Jurisdiction, e.g., Singapore].
•Disputes: Arbitration or small-claims court required before litigation. Claims must be filed within 1 year.
•Class action waiver: You may only pursue individual claims.
