Studio Rental

Security Deposit: $100 (Non-Refundable)

Incidental Fee: $250 (Cash Only & Refundable If Applicable)

Event Rate: $30 per hour (2 hours or less)

Package Rates:

4-5 hours = $300

6-8 hours = $450

10 or more hours = $600

Cancellation: Space may be canceled via email with a 5-days' notice. 

If a cancellation is arranged after balance has been paid, the balance will be applied towards future rentals of Spirit Elite, LLC (no refunds). 

Rental payments can be made via cash or cashapp. Deposits must be paid during the timing of booking.
