About  the Artist

Bio:

SpiralBassoon, also called "Piper" is a multidisplinary artist who takes pride in being a Prolific artist. Since around 1st grade they've been experimenting and studying studio mediums like oil pastes, metalworking, painting, and sewing. 2023-2026 medium focus has been on film development, sculpture, graphic design, and couture. Their current focus is leatherworking, latex, trad art development, beadwork, and media production.  Year around you can find them setting up a schedule of skills to develop with projects as a product of the studies. In result of these fixations from a young age their first piece was a museum selection in 2013 for the Columbia Museum of Art. As an Adult two pieces have been selected for the Scholastic Juried shows getting a bronze and one Silver Key award.
